ARRIVING BY RAIL
Selected Leeds trains run through to Northallerton.
The TransPennine Express North timetable includes services calling at Leeds and Northallerton. Stopping patterns vary, so guests should choose a dated train before arranging onward transport.
Northallerton station is the nearest rail arrival, followed by a named driver, taxi or shared vehicle for the final road leg and the return.

ROOMS AND RETURNS
Keep the overnight groups clear.
Six cottages and six timber pods accommodate around 50 people, with additional beds available. Allocate the on-site rooms before booking transport for Leeds and Kippax guests.
Guests leaving after the reception need advance transport because ride-hailing coverage is unreliable. The three-day exclusive use keeps resident guests on the estate until noon the next day.

Qualifying Leeds and Kippax residents begin with Leeds City Council's notice service. Residence decides the district for each person.
