AT THIEF HALL
Give every extra a purpose: solve a guest need, create a shared moment or change how part of the venue feels. Whatever you add can be briefed around the same facts: one level through the main spaces, 120 day guests, 250 evening guests, three days of exclusive access, included power and WiFi, dried-flower confetti only, and a party that can continue after the staffed bar closes at 2am.
POLICIES
Some small additions have firm venue rules.
Confetti must be dried real flowers. Dissolvable paper is not accepted. Fireworks and candles are no longer permitted because of disruption to the local area and animals, and for safety. Outdoor heaters are not provided, but couples may bring their own.
Pets are welcome in the cottages and pods except Millington House and Thief Hole Barn. The Stay page records the fixed sleeping plan, while accommodation prices remain outside the public website.
Marquees are permitted, and the venue states that evening capacity can go beyond 250 with one. The location, size, access and supplier specification need a separate plan with Thief Hall before a marquee is booked.
ACCESS AND UTILITIES
The main route is flat and the basics are included.
The whole main venue is on one level from the car park through ceremony spaces, bar and dining. Power, heating, toilets, parking, outside land and WiFi are included. Parking is ample but not given a public numerical capacity, with a main car park and additional room in the cottage grounds.
Those facts help a booth, guest activity or support service understand the base venue. They do not define socket locations, floor loading, weather cover or equipment storage, which still need a supplier-specific check during the viewing.
WHEN GUESTS ARRIVE
Day and evening suppliers meet different numbers.
Thief Hall's typical timeline brings the ceremony in at 1pm, reception at 2pm and evening guests at 7:30pm. The first dance and party follow at 8pm. A supplier serving day guests is working with up to 120 people; an evening activity may meet up to 250.
There is no finish time on the party. The staffed bar closes at 2am, after which the couple may use their own drinks for a later finish. Any supplier relying on bar service, guest supervision or a fixed collection time should plan around that distinction.
THE DIRECTORY
Names are listed without invented endorsements.
The names below cover several kinds of extra, including options that overlap with entertainment or music. Start with the experience you want to create, then ask the supplier directly about the service, date, setup and price before deciding whether it belongs in the day.
The category label is not a statement that every listed supplier is suitable for every policy above. Availability, exact service and venue requirements belong to the supplier conversation. Thief Hall's contribution is the specific operating context, not a general endorsement added after harvest.
